Addition to the catering division
This month (June) saw the welcome arrival of a new member of the catering division. Barry Stankiewicz Joined the team and has been doing a sterling job since his arrival. We wish Barry every success in his new post.
 

NEW TRAINING SITE PLANS
BJR have recently purchased a new property on the Woodfieldside Industrial Estate in Pontllanfraith. The new site will be the upgraded facility for our IPC solder training. Due to be opened in the next 2 months, the site will offer a lager training area, a board-room etc. Hoewever, our original office site in Pontypool will be kept open for the forseeable future. Keep checking back for more details about this move.

It can be a tough job finding well paid work if you don?t have any relevant qualifications or the money to pay? for education and training. The Individual Learning Accounts Wales has been set up to help break down those barriers and get you back into learning. They are a brilliant way of helping you pay for learning you need to help get a good job Get up to ?200 a year to learn a good living Money to put towards the cost of your learning & nothing to pay back! Individual Learning Accounts WALES Are very simple and work like this: If you want to improve your skills, you could get a contribution towards the cost of your learning. You could get between £100 and £200, depending on the cost of your course, your prior learning experience and your personal circumstances.
 

IPC TRAINING
ipc training BJR were recently given the go ahead to issue IPC training / accreditation certificates. Brian Bowden (Managing Director BJRsas) travelled to the IPC headquarters in Chicago Illinois (USA) to secure the deal, which has enabled BJRsas to be the first ambassadors for IPC certification in Wales and the South West.
