Position Process Engineer
• Responsible for programming the in house surface mount machines.
• Optimizing machines for balanced outputs.
• Optimizing machines for best efficiencies.
• Responsible for fault finding and fixing issues with machines.
• Recommend changes to process to improve quality
• Responsible for maintaining programmes.
• Responsible for programming AOI equipment
• First line of contact with machine operators.
• Use first line support with specified external support services
• Prevent operators from changing programmes/machine settings.
• Maintain all processes within the manufacturing operation.
• Maintain in house and customer owned test equipment
• Minimum 5 years experience in electronics manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar job role
• IPC-610A understanding for industry standards
• Required to champion continuous improvements with the manufacturing operation.
• To implement a TPM process for all areas.
The candidate should have:
• HNC Electronics
• PC literate in Excel and Word |
